Shipping rates
Products are shipped via courier service and are securely delivered to your address within three or four working days from the date when the order was payed for. For orders outside Greece, products are shipped via registered mail (ELTA), between two and seven working days after order confirmation.
www.propharm.com.gr bears no responsibility for any delays in delivery due to extreme weather conditions, strikes and force majeure, hence the aforementioned timeframe will be extended accordingly for as long as the delaying condition applies.
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed in the order form. Products are always accompanied by the corresponding payment documents. A customer has the option to select the type of payment documents (invoice or retail receipt) by completing the corresponding field in the website.
Orders within Greece have free shipping. Cash on delivery is available only for Greece and has 2,50 € extra cost.
Orders outside Greece cost:
- 19,50 € if your cart weighs from 1 gr to 400 gr
- 21,50 € if your cart weighs from 401 gr to 900 gr
- 29,50 € if your cart weighs from 901 gr to 1900 gr
- 35 € if your cart weighs from 1901 gr to 2900 gr
- 41 € if your cart weighs from 2901 gr to 4000 gr
while for orders over 140€, shipping is free.

Order cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order during the online ordering procedure, you can select “cancel” to automatically stop the procedure.
Return policy
Our goal is your complete satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to return part or all of the products you purchased within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery.
It should be noted that the returned products must not be used, worn, washed, modified or have suffered any damage, while the labels accompanying the product should be present, exactly as they were when you received the product together with the retail sale receipt or invoice. There should also be a prior communication via e-mail to info@propharm.com.gr.
In all the above cases, return costs are payable by the customer.
For the return of a non-defective product, the return cost is payable by the customer, while the cost for resending the product you might have opted to replace is covered in full by www.propharm.com.gr.
Defective product
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or destroyed product, www.propharm.com.gr will proceed with all possible actions to replace it with the same or a similar product, without any extra expenses on your behalf. However, you should notify us via e-mail to info@propharm.com.gr so that we can send you instructions on product return procedures.
www.propharm.com.gr has no guarantee policy. We are not responsible for any damages that might occur from normal wear and tear, misuse and destruction during label removal.
For any product return, you have to complete the relevant PRF (product return form) posted on our website.
